Our Story

Egypt DFW started with a simple idea: DFW has a growing Egyptian community, but we needed a better way to bring everyone together.

There were Egyptian families, students, professionals, business owners, artists, and community groups all across Dallas–Fort Worth, but no single place dedicated to connecting them and highlighting everything happening within the community.

What started as a social media page quickly became something bigger — a community platform for discovering events, supporting Egyptian-owned businesses, meeting new people, celebrating our culture, and creating opportunities for Egyptians across DFW to connect.

That’s why Egypt DFW was created.

Today, Egypt DFW continues to grow with one goal at its center: to make DFW feel a little more like home for Egyptians.
